Paid fees exclude VAT, are invoiced in advance for 12 months and do not renew automatically. Port limits are total distinct active service locations per supplier account across all categories. KYC review times are targets after complete documents are received. ERP/API integration is separately quoted.

What happens when a plan changes or expires?
Upgrades are prorated for the unused days of the current term; voluntary downgrades take effect at renewal or expiry. A lapsed paid plan reverts to Free unless a new term is agreed. Suppliers select the ports to keep active; excess ports are hidden from new searches and invitations, not deleted, and existing order and audit records are retained. Refund rules and exceptions are in the full terms.
What is included in every plan?
Registration, standard onboarding, KYC, supplier-managed listings within the plan limits, eligible RFQs, quotations, PO responses and the dispatch, invoice and goods-receipt workflow. Paid plans do not purchase rankings, guaranteed business, buyer contact details or Verified status. Verification depends on approved KYC. KYC is not required to quote; PO acceptance requires approved KYC and acceptance of VSMPS terms.
